Sprechzeiten in Präsenz - Erasmus+ Incomings

This registration is ONLY for a face-to-face appointment at the International Office (Emil-Figge-Str. 61, room 208b). This appointment is about your Erasmus stay at TU Dortmund University. You are only allowed to enter the building with an appointment.

Please note that telephone consultation hours by appointment will still take place. Most issues can easily be discussed on the phone, via Zoom or by email (e.g. certificates or any signatures as well).

To sign up for a consultation appointment, click the appropriate appointment option (you may only select one appointment). Please enter your complete name (first and family name) as well as your e-mail address.

I will be waiting for you at the selected appointment time in room 208b, Emil-Figge-Str. 61. If the door is closed, please wait outside the door. You will then be called.

Please wear a face mask for the appointment and keep your distance from other people.
