WiTS: Writing in the Sciences

The Writer’s Studio is pleased to present a 4-part workshop series on academic writing, called WiTS: Writing in the Sciences.

Successful science hinges upon your ability to clearly and effectively communicate your work to others. However, clear writing can sometimes be a messy process.
The 4-part academic writing series aims to declutter some of this mess by offering foundational knowledge on how to not only improve your writing, but the writing process as well.

This series takes an interactive approach in examining some of the pillars of the writing process including: the approach to writing, style, structure, flow, and review.

The course will take place from 9:00-13:00 on the following dates: June 15,June 22, June 29, July 6

To make the most of our time together, please only register if you are able to take part in all the dates, as this course will heavily rely on active participation.
